  2. Read the campus visit description on the left side of the calendar to learn about the remote session.
  3. Scroll through the calendar to find an available visit date. Available dates are in color and unavailable dates are in gray.
  4. Click on an available date and then on “Register Now”.
  5. Complete the registration form and submit.

*Registering for a visit is not a confirmation. The Campus Coordinator will confirm the visit in a follow-up email.

Visit Policies

In partnership with the Department of Youth and Community Development, CUNY Explorers is now offering both remote and in-person visit opportunities for 6th to 10th grade students (with the exception of D75 & D79 schools) as well as CBOs serving students in those grades. Dates will be available from July 11th to August 12th

All registrants must be aware of the following guidelines:

  • If you need to cancel a session, you must give the Campus Coordinator at least 1 week notice; this allows time to offer the date to other schools.
  • If you are late to a remote session or campus visit, let the Campus Coordinator know. If you are unable to begin at the start time indicated, you may have to forfeit a part of the session. If your class is a “no-show,” the Campus Coordinator may not be able to re-accommodate you.

For remote visits: A teacher must be present during the remote visit and monitor student behavior. CUNY staff are not responsible for behavior management. Unsafe behavior will lead to the cancellation of a session.

For in-person visits: Please be aware that all schools visiting in person must adhere to campus COVID policies communicated by the Campus Coordinator. If not adhered to, the Campus Coordinator reserves to cancel the campus visit.
