The College Completion Innovation Fund (CCIF) is a collaborative education fund that leverages partnerships with community-based organizations and colleges to address barriers that disproportionately affect New Yorkers with historically underrepresented backgrounds succeed and persist in college. The CCIF has invested more than $6 million to support projects that aim to significantly improve student completion outcomes. A majority of the students served by these projects are low-income students, first-generation college students, students of color, and others who are traditionally underrepresented among college degree holders.

- Innovate – Foster innovation and the implementation, replication, and scaling of successful best practices and programs throughout New York City.
- Collaborate – Cultivate an educational ecosystem and intentional collaborations that improve student experience and ensure that they are seamlessly supported through their educational journeys.
- Champion – Advocate for education policies that adapt continuously to meet the needs of all NYC students.
- Build – Cultivate a network of professional colleagues, and make educational information accessible and actionable for practitioners.
